What makes this program stand out

The Seychelles Digital Nomad Visa is a residency program designed for remote workers and digital nomads. It enables location-independent professionals to live and work in Seychelles while maintaining employment or business operations outside the country.

This program targets individuals who earn income remotely and seek a legal framework to reside in Seychelles for an extended period. The visa provides formal residency status specifically structured around the needs of the globally mobile workforce.

Seychelles positions this pathway as a digital nomad visa, meaning it is built for people whose income derives from sources external to the Seychelles economy. Applicants must demonstrate active remote work or self-employment that justifies their presence in the jurisdiction.

How to prove your financial means

Financial proof is mandatory for all Seychelles Digital Nomad Visa applicants. You must document your ability to support yourself during your stay in Seychelles.

Accepted proof of solvency includes bank statements, employment letters, income documentation, or investment account statements. Documents must be original or officially certified copies. Digital bank statements from recognized international banks are accepted if they display your full name, account balance, and statement date clearly.

Bank statements should cover the most recent three months and demonstrate consistent or adequate funds. They must originate from regulated financial institutions recognized internationally, your personal bank, employer's official documentation system, or certified investment platforms qualify.

Employment letters from your current employer (if applicable) should confirm your position, salary, and employment status. Self-employed applicants should provide business registration documents alongside recent business bank statements or accountant-certified income summaries.

All documents submitted in languages other than English must be accompanied by certified English translations. Certification should come from a professional translator or your country's immigration or notary authority.

Find out which combination of residency, citizenship & structure actually fits your life

Most people live where they were born. Not where it makes strategic sense. They choose a country. Sovereign individuals build a setup.

A strong international setup considers:

  • tax systems
  • mobility
  • optionality
  • long-term security
  • a Plan B citizenship

Not just a visa.

In the strategy call, we evaluate which residency programs make strategic sense - and which ones could limit you long-term, create unnecessary obligations, or lead to avoidable tax exposure.

Build an international setup that gives you options - not dependencies.
